Charlotte Boulanger

For as long as I can remember, I've been inspired to study and learn, and eager to share the knowledge I've gained with others. My academic interests, outside activities, freelance contracts and various jobs have consistently revolved around the same two things: words and the complexity of human beings.

In June of 1997, I overcame fears that had been crippling me for years -- too many years. This changed the course of my life. In the process, I came to appreciate the phenomenal power of fear. I am convinced that fear is a vital force, one that needs to be acknowledged in order to become our ally in the process of creating a life of significance and integrity. This topic never ceases to fascinate me, which is what led me to begin speaking about it formally three years ago.

My goal is to invite people to treat fear with a healthy dose of respect and to use it to create their own full and unique life. To become adept at taming fear is an invaluable skill. It allows for more creativity and productivity, less stress and absenteeism, and increasingly harmonious human relations.

Fear is the central topic in my writing, speaking engagements with various groups and private coaching. I don't claim to know the truth; what I offer is to share is my perspective, one that is constantly evolving based on my experiences and those of others. As well, it is enriched by my reading and attendance at related seminars.

The feedback, questions and comments I receive from audiences and clients stimulate me to further expand my work. Evaluations describe my ability to communicate with authenticity and skill, and to inspire people with memorable images.
